Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email sales@olacanvas.com and we'll provide return instructions. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until confirmed receipt by OLA CANVAS.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

*Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.  

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Due to the complexity involved, we do not accept returns or exchanges internationally.
